Milan Fitness Bootcamps focus on challenging individuals based on their level of fitness whilst ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable environment. 

These one hour group sessions are modified to cater for all abilities and conducted by highly experienced trainers. With our ample outdoor and weather dependant indoor facilities  we are able to create an environment that will get you moving, motivated and reaching your goals.

Our easily accessible and simple to use online booking system gives you the  option to book sessions in a block of 6 weeks,  this allows you to attend an unlimited amount of sessions during this period. If  however you would prefer to have a more casual approach, we also offer the option to book session by session.
